Equipment Lifecycle
Every item in every locker is tracked individually through four states:

| Ready | Available for rental — in the locker, good to go |
| In Use | Currently rented — shows customer phone, rental start time |
| Pending Inspection | Returned — waiting for staff to check condition |
| Returned | Inspected and back in circulation |
Click any locker cell to see:
- Current state and who has the item (if in use)
- Full transaction history — every rental for that specific cell
- Customer link — one click to see the renter’s full profile and lease history
Remote Machine Control
Manage your kiosks without leaving your desk:
- Open any door remotely — Help a customer who’s stuck, no site visit needed
- Sync door status — Force the kiosk to report current states immediately
- Restart the application — Remote reboot via the dashboard

Virtual Product Management
